In September 2026, Signature Global announced its entry into Gurugram West with an ultra-luxury, invitation-only farmhouse villa destination spread across 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar — one of the developer's largest land commitments to date. Signature Global has acquired 25 acres outright and signed a Collaboration Agreement for a further 169.22 acres, with an estimated developable potential of ~6.77 million sq.ft. and a projected GDV of ₹5,500–6,000 Crore.
The proposed enclave is planned as a low-density, privacy-focused community of private villas combined with sport, hospitality, leisure and lifestyle facilities. As of now, Signature Global has not yet disclosed the master plan, villa sizes, configurations, amenities list, pricing or a launch date — this page will be updated the moment verified details are released.
