A mature, fully built-out Ansal API township spanning Sectors 55, 56 & 57 on the Golf Course Extension Road belt -- independent plots with self-built G+3/G+4 floors, sold entirely on resale.
Sushant Lok 2 & 3 are the later phases of Ansal API's landmark Sushant Lok township -- one of Gurugram's earliest private colonies, whose Phase 1 was launched in Sector 43 in the late 1980s. Phases 2 and 3 extended the township into Sectors 55, 56 and 57 through the 1990s and into the early 2000s, together spanning roughly 300 acres* (combined, as cited by market listings; not independently re-measured), along what is now the Golf Course Extension Road belt, adjoining Sushant Lok Phase 1. Today the colony is completely built out -- a mature, tree-lined residential area of independently owned plots carrying self-built G+3/G+4 floors, with internal roads, markets and civic infrastructure that has matured over roughly two and a half decades.
Because this township was substantially developed well before the Real Estate Regulation Act (RERA) came into force in 2016, Sushant Lok 2 & 3 are not RERA-registered and genuinely do not need to be -- every deal here is a resale between private owners, not a developer booking. Plot sizes vary widely across the layout, from compact ~150 sq.yd. parcels up to larger 500+ sq.yd. plots (market brokers occasionally cite smaller sub-divided plots too, though we could not independently verify sizes below ~150 sq.yd.), with current resale asking prices commonly quoted between roughly ₹1.80 Cr* and ₹5.5 Cr* depending on plot size, block, road-width and existing construction. Hkey.in helps buyers navigate this resale-only market -- verifying title, conversion/mutation papers and current possession before any commitment.
